[ ABOUT ME ]
Nice to meet you
I started The Intention Project because life has plenty of challenges, and I believe there is always something good to hold on to.
My husband, Justin, was diagnosed with cancer, and I became his caregiver, his advocate, his note-taker and his biggest believer. We chose to replace our fear with faith. I lost Justin to cancer, and in the time since, I've thought a lot about what made those days easier and what mattered most: being together.
The Intention Project is where I share what I learned along the way: the guides I wish someone had handed me, small daily practices for noticing the good, and the reminder that you are not alone.
